If you get interested in us to guide you, please follow the booking process.

Please fill out the contact form to tell me what you are interested in, where you want to go, when you want a guide, or any request or comments. - Receive reply e-mail
I will reply to you with confirmation of availability, itinerary proposal, and price of the tour. - Pay your tour fee to make your tour reservation
If you decide to book the tour, please pay your tour fee and wait for the confirmation. ( Payment Method: Paypal )
If the payment is successful, I will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24hours.
How to cancel
If you want to cancel the tour, please inform me by e-mail below as soon as possible. The cancellation policy below will apply.

Cancellation Policy

| If you cancel 14 days or less before the date of the tour, there is no refund. | 100% |
| If you cancel within 15 days to 30 days before the date of the tour, there is a 50% refund. | 50% |
| If you cancel 31 days or more in advance of the date of the tour, there is a 100% refund. | 0% |
- When counting the days, we use Japan Standard Time (JST).
- The time is count by the e-mail receiving time.
Sample case
Your tour is going to be conducted in Tokyo on September 1st.
If your cancellation email reaches us on
・August 18th (JST) = 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
・August 17th (JST) = 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
・August 2nd (JST) = 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
・August 1st (JST) = 100% of the payment will be refunded.
